Returns & Replacements

  1. Goods must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  2. All goods must be in original condition and complete with all original packaging - bag/box, internal packing, labels, tags etc.
  3. Please obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office, or return unwanted goods by recorded/special delivery. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange for items lost or damaged in transit. 
  4. By completing and returning the goods and returns form, you are agreeing that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these returns terms and conditions.
Returning unwanted goods

Please ensure that you complete ALL sections of the Returns Form that
was included in your delivery and enclose it with your returns. You can
download one if you need another one - click here.

All the information requested is required to process the order - incomplete forms will result in a delay.

Please note that we are unable to offer a refund on postage costs
unless the goods are faulty.

For each item you are returning, please list the product(s) you are
returning, the reason for return and whether a refund or exchange is
required. Please ensure that you state which size, colour etc you require
if an exchange item is required.
